MEFS- Technik GmbH is a leading provider of pipeline inspection services with a special focus on geometric inspections to the global oil and gas industries. For this purpose MEFS has developed, manufactured and operates a full range of advanced geometry inspection tools, so called caliper tools, in a size range from 4" to 56".
MEFS was founded in 1990. The experience of the founding members of the company reaches back even further in the pipeline industry, extending over 30 years in all aspects of pipeline related services such as hydrotesting, cleaning and geometry inspections. The company name derives from the German words Mechanik, Elektronik, Fertigung and Services (mechanics, electronics, manufacturing and services) and thus incorporates a short description of the activities of the company.
Quality, flexibility and reliability are the driving forces within MEFS. Long term relationships and close interaction with its customers are values the management of MEFS identifies with.
